How to host an event
Terms and equipment
Main room
The main room can accommodate up to 40 people. guests and is available for your events during weekdays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and all day on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We invite you to host discussions, acoustic or low-volume concerts, open mic events, film screenings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events.
Hourly rental
Price:
50 Euro per hour.
1 hour of preparation before and after the event is free. Additional preparation: 25 euros per hour. The rental includes all necessary equipment from the Space and a coffee machine.
Percentage rent
Price:
40% of donations or tickets sold. The rental includes all necessary equipment from the Space and a coffee machine.
Another option
We are happy to offer free use of our space on a competitive basis. Please read the priorities below.

"Window" room
The "Window" can accommodate up to 12 people. It is open for events Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 10 AM.
Suitable for hosting master classes, lectures, small presentations, board games, negotiations and other similar events.
Hourly rental

20 Euro per hour.
1 hour of preparation before and after the event is free. Additional preparation: 10 euros per hour. The rental includes all necessary equipment from the Space and a coffee machine.
Percentage rent

CreateCulture Studio
Our studio is also available for small events for up to 20 people.

- Notice! We don't have a sound engineer, so keep that in mind when using the equipment.

We do not work with political, sectarian, religious, esoteric, financial pyramid or network marketing organizations and projects. Supporting and developing the cultural sector of Belarus is one of our primary focuses. We are delighted to offer free use of our space through competitive conditions.
If you are planning a film screening at CreateCulture Space, you must have a license to publicly screen the film or permission from the copyright holder.
Our priorities for providing cost-free space are:
